Reflect and Record

When pupils have to record their reflections of what they have learnt, they internalize what was taught. Pupils may be asked to write their reflections on how the knowledge gained could be applied in the real world. An example is when pupils learn about the body system. They can write reflections on what they should do in the real world to watch their diet and keep their body fit and healthy.
