Older pupils to plan and carry out CIP projects

Last year at the South West CDC 'Our Children Speak', the older pupils aged twelve and above requested that they should be given opportunities to come up with CIP projects. If this is encouraged and implemented, we will see a greater number of pupils willing to commit to carrying out CIP with a heart as they have ownership of their ideas. Teachers can act as facilitators and monitor, giving advice where necessary.
